Abrasion-resistant hoses for     
building and construction

Mees van den Brink has extensive experience with large projects, both in new construction and renovation. We mainly supply abrasion-resistant concrete and cement hoses to the building and construction industry. Abrasion-resistant hoses are suitable for applications with steel grit, cement, gravel, concrete mortar, air, etc. A spiral prevents the hose from creating a vacuum.

Polyurethane (PU): Flexible polyurethane hoses are abrasion-resistant, lightweight and flexible in use. They are suitable for pneumatic transport of flammable substances and bulk materials. Our hoses are designed and manufactured in accordance with ATEX 2014/34 and TRGS 727.

Natural rubber (NR): NR hoses are mainly used as concrete pump hoses. They are suitable for the transport of ready-mixed concrete, among other things.

We also have specific hoses in our range that are suitable for wet and dry mortar. Because we only use high-quality, wear-resistant materials, the service life is maximised. The outer wall of all our hoses that are suitable for construction and industry is weather, UV and ozone resistant.

As the distances to be spanned in construction and industry are becoming increasingly longer, concrete pump hoses and other heavy-duty construction hoses must meet ever higher requirements. An increase in pump height and flow rates leads to an increase in working pressures. At Mees van den Brink, we have in-house certified inspectors, so hose assemblies can be quickly and professionally inspected and certified. In addition to concrete and mortar hoses, you can also come to us for air hoses, water hoses and specially customised construction hose assemblies.
