Conditions, Delivery and Shipment

Conditions

If you are already a customer and log in to our webshop, the conditions made with you will automatically be loaded. This applies to discounts and shipping conditions.

If you register as a new customer, you will automatically receive a discount profile.

Packaging and handling

Packaging and handling will be charged 0.75% of the net order value.

Delivery

Webshop orders are delivered exclusively within the European Union.

Items ordered before 3pm are usually delivered the next working day. (In stock and without assembly).

Shipment

The following freight conditions apply (prices are exclusive of VAT).
If you are already a customer, the freight conditions already known to you will be applied.

For new customers, freight-free delivery applies to the first order (this applies to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, other countries on subsequent calculation). Thereafter, the calculation will be based on actual costs.

Freight

Freight costs are always calculated on a post-calculation basis.

(Parcel shipments for other EU countries will be made on the basis of Subsequent Calculation).

(Pallet shipments for other EU countries will be made on the basis of Subsequent Calculation).
