PUR BLX S airbrake coils are manufactured out of Super Polyurethane instead of Polyamid. Polyamid 11-12, our special compound of Polyurethane has large advantages: Very good recovery from kinking Longer working lengths High tensile elasticity Better resistance agains oil, gasoline, ozone and UV High flexibility at low temperatures Very good abrasion and rupture resistance (no fracture at the connections) Within a temperature range of -40 °C up to 70 °C, our material has the characteristics of rubber. Working pressure 10 BAR, bursting pressure 42 BAR at 20 °C. Tested by TÜV germany according to: ISO 7375/2 1998, ISO 7628/2 1998, DIN 73378/02 '96, DIN 74310-2/12 '93, DIN 74323/04 '91 and DIN 74324/02 '96.
